Beijing Kuailu Knitting Co., Ltd. is established in Sept. 1991 and wholly-owned by Sukeno Hosiery Co., Ltd. Our workshop located in Beijing China, occupies 129000 square feet. We have more than 700 highly skilled employees to guarantee the month capacity of 400000dozen.



With Japanese management and quality system in place, modern equipment for optimum production efficiency, we are acknowledged industry-wide as one of China's foremost providers of quality hosiery. We are pride in quality control ensures confidence in product excellence. Accurate order fulfillment and quick delivery are decisive factors in our success. We focused on training workers in the art of sock-making, and are proud of the success we have achieved in producing consistently high quality products.



With our experienced and creative team continually generating new and innovative products to further satisfy the needs of our customers, we are in a position to accept orders against customers' sample specifying design, specifications and packaging requirements.



We have attained ISO9001 Quality Management certification since Jan. 2003. We also attained OHSAS18001 certification (Welfare Program) and ISO14001 (Environmental Protection) since Feb. 2006. In recognition of our commitment to Social Compliance, we have attained GOLD WRAP certification (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production) since 2006, which all strengthening our growing reputation as a preferred vendor of global brands.

Knitting Capabilities

Kuailu's knitting team comprises highly skilled and trained professionals including qualified engineers. Kuailu has also established a knitters training centre to provide trained main power for its on going expansion programs.

This work force is continuously being trained through training coursed in Italy and training on job by Japan and local experts.

Kuailu's fleet of 700 plus knitting machines is being continuously updated with latest state of the art equipment.

Kuailu has very stringent policy regarding quality control. Documentary procedures are in place to ensure the quality at all levels e.g.Inspection of raw material.
